Explorer (carrying capacity 25) is a 45ft Randell ,Originally built for the WA cray industry. Powered by a new Detroit 8v71 Diesel, Explorer has been with our company since 2001.

Explorer is used for all of our fishing charter operations. She ran charters in Port Lincoln servicing the Dangerous Reef area until we started operating her here at Swansea.

A great charter vessel with plenty of fishing space. She has a fully covered rear deck for sun and rain protection.The raised rear deck area is great for fighting big fish.

Surveyed for 22 passengers in 1C class (30 miles offshore) Explorer caters for small and large groups.

We have electric toilet and shower facilities,an inside lounge and kitchen.

Our flybridge is restricted to crew only,however passengers are allowed on the foredeck of Explorer,which is also a fishing station.

In the years that we have run charters there have been all varieties of conditions and Explorer handles the sea extremely well.

Afternoon/Night Reef

Afternoon/Night Reef (5hrs) your group only, dry boat rules, no exceptions. Excellent strike rate for trag and jews max 6 persons$1000

Deep Reef

Deep Reef (10hrs) groups only Start fishing in 85mtrs finish in 140mtrs. All varieties of pelagic and reef fish. 8person max $2200 Boat Rate includes lunch

SINGLES AND GIFT VOUCHERS. We currently and for the foreseeable future can only offer this 6 hr $175 charter. We will be available mid week and 1 weekend day per month for Singles. Book early to avoid disappointment.
